The Woodlands is about forty minutes south on I-45, and we are not going to pretend that is nothing. There are good clinics closer to you. This page is about the specific reasons people make the drive anyway.

Routine neuromodulator appointments are not worth an eighty-minute round trip, and we would rather say so than sell you one. The reasons people do travel are narrower and specific: filler that has migrated or been placed badly and needs locating with ultrasound before it is touched; a complication that needs assessing by someone who manages them regularly; or a case where the anatomy is genuinely high-risk and imaging changes what gets done. Those are the appointments where who does it matters more than how far it is. If what you need is straightforward, book somewhere closer and we will say so on the phone.
Dr. Bui performs the treatments personally rather than delegating them. Dermal filler, biostimulators and filler dissolving are placed with real-time ultrasound guidance, so the anatomy is visible before anything goes in. Neuromodulators are not imaged — they are placed into muscle, where imaging adds nothing, and we would rather say that than imply the technology does more than it does.

For routine treatment, honestly no — there are good clinics closer to you. It is worth it for filler correction, complication assessment, and cases where ultrasound imaging genuinely changes the plan.
Yes. Call or text 713-396-2431 and describe what is going on. If it is something better handled closer to home, you will be told that.
Ultrasound lets the physician see where vessels and any previous product actually are before placing anything. It applies to filler, biostimulators and dissolving — not to neuromodulators, which go into muscle.
